Try logging in using a different wifi or your mobile data, cause some wifi companies for some reason have blocked certain types of websites, it worked for me when I used my mobile data to login though.
This worked for me, try to login directly from the epicgames.com site
I have the same problem i made a map and i want to publish it but i cant because of this problem i tried even logging in at my school network and it still didnt work
