Unexpected IK twist (Two Bone Ik UE4)

I’m trying to make Limb IK with TWO_BONE_IK node (didn’t find any other alternative).
It seems to work, but after some threshold bones are started to rotate by 180 or 360 degree.

Also I noticed that elbow doesn’t point correct with straightened arm (seems like there are some restrictions).
