Not sure why but I completely expected her to turn full mermaid 
My imagination aside, the music and animation were both done really well. Just out of curiosity, did something specific inspire this?

This was such a well rendered short clip. I didn’t know there was an option for under water effects in UE! Was there a certain setting you had to enable for the hair/clothes to react in that manner or was it through a different setting?
