UNCONTROLLABLE, CONSTANT AND UNFAIR BANS TO OUR PROJECTS

Summary

Hi! We’ve been receiving constant bans for many months now, supposedly for violating rule 1.13, even though it’s clear that we haven’t broken any rules. We’ve appealed dozens of times without success, and this situation is seriously affecting our work. We’ve been doing this for a long time and it’s practically our job and main source of income.

We strongly insist that a REAL PERSON personally reviews our maps and miniatures, because this situation is not normal. We are losing an incredible amount of time, effort, and money due to a problem that remains unresolved.

We kindly ask the EPIC GAMES team to review our case thoroughly, because this is becoming UNBEARABLE.

Looking at the documentation presented, these are serious violations. As such and with repeated attempt to resubmit the content, has led you here.

My advice, Epic/Fornite make the rules, it’s their ball, their game. Work through the detailed issues one by one and comply. You have no other choice. They are not going to give in.

We would really appreciate it if someone could help us. We’ve been experiencing issues AGAIN with our thumbnails and maps, and we’d like to understand what’s going on. We have no intention of misleading anyone and want to make sure everything complies with the guidelines. Could Epic Games please clarify why our thumbnail was flagged or why it is considered misleading? We truly appreciate any information or support on this. Thank you!
