Summary
Unborne is mixture of Mystery, Horror, and Puzzle, in which the player must explore The Hammersley Estate and it’s surroundings to discover the truth of the family’s disappearance.
Gameplay
The player is dropped into a small open world environment in which they are free to explore however they please. As the player uncovers more of the story, their surroundings become more dangerous, as the dark truth behind the story comes to life.
Notes, documents, pictures, and other items are clues, ranging from obvious to subtle, to help you learn more about the story, and to solve many puzzles around the area. But beware, you are not alone in the world…
Other Notes
- This is a horror game, however we refrained from using jumpscares. The environment, story, and audio all work together to create a scary experience
- As you are able to explore freely, the story will unfold differently for everyone
- Lots of detail and hidden secrets in every part of the world, exploring a new area will always be rewarding
- Being worked on by two people!
- Currently is a mixture between our own assets and assets from the Unreal Marketplace
