I have bought lots of packs and now it says that they are all unavailabe
. What should I do?

I have the same problem but the ADD TO PROJECT button still works. If you go back and find the item in your library each item there, press the big yellow button.

I’m guessing this is a bug on Epic’s side. I’m not able to access my older bought assets through their page either. But yes, the “Add to Project” button still works

We are aware and looking into this now. For the time being, you can still access any products you own through the vault instead of the product pages.
I’m having the same problem.
Nothing that I own, not even the free content, is available.
