Unable to use mobile or PC camera.Trader verification service is really bad.

"Troll"ey verification is just bad. The program can never access my camera to verify documents.
I have tried my PC webcam with firefox and Chrome. I have tried 2 mobile devices (android).
“trolley” service provider can never use the camera for verification.

Now on PC it’s not even letting me do anything and just states “connected to your mobile”.
How can I reset the system to start again?
Anyone else with the same problem?

Ok after a lot of attempts I found the solution. It keeps complaining about the camera but that’s not the problem. Microphone needs to be allowed too.

Solution: Allowed both camera and microphone for browser and then could take a picture of the requested document. (in Android device Settings - Privacy -Permissions.)
