Additional Notes

Three products were added successfully, but now I’m encountering an error. I’ve tried using different .unitypackage files and a zip file, but that hasn’t resolved the issue. Sometimes the upload stops partway through the process.

I encounter the same issue uploading fbx or additional files. Every file over 1.2 GB in filesize can’t upload successfully. I am on Chrome

I’m experiencing the same issue when trying to upload my textures as additional files. My file is a 516 MB .zip, but I keep getting the same error message.

I have the same issue. I can upload a 460MB unitypackage file successfully, but if I increase the size to 560MB with the same file name, an error occurs, and I can’t upload it.

The same issues when uploading 550MB zip file as additional file

The only way I managed to upload my file was by splitting it into parts. Since I needed to upload multiple textures, it was easier to divide them. I split them into three separate files, and the upload was successful that way. However, when I tried uploading everything as a single file (even though it was well under the upload limit), I kept getting an error. I’m not sure of a workaround for uploading a file that can’t be divided into parts, hopefully Epic will address this in a future update.

This is happening to me as well. If i try to upload any additional files i get an error at the very end. I have only had success with very small files. Large files fail every time. This was not the case a little over a week ago.
