So I am trying to update 4.11 Preview 7 but i am getting this error. After a few tries it always works but most of the time Launcher shows this error when upgrading the Engine.

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue. I’m not immediately aware of a single solution for a Code 5, but it has been commonly reported and often resolved: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Search/index.html?q=Code+5&x=0&y=0

I get this problem too, and each day I need re enter my password because the launcher fail since 2 months or more ago.
At restart the engine looks like now download but not sure. (Happen with the games too)
