Unable to update to 4.17

I thought I had updated my UE from 4.13.2 to the current version of 4.17. I downloaded the EpicInstaller-6.3.0.msi ran it. rebooted and launched the UE launcher. But in my yellow drop down I do not see Unreal Engine 4.17 listed. I am only able to launch the older version 4.13.

Can someone tell me what might be going on here?

HI, I had the same problem (Windows 10). I then uninstalled my old version before downloading and running the newer version. It then gave me the option to add version 4.17.2 as well as my previous version of 4.14.3. I wasn’t quite sure of what was going on, so I added both! I probably missed something on the way through, but hey-ho, I got there in the end.

Have you tried the “Add Versions” button on the top of the launcher. Click on that and it should add a version, then from the drop down menu of that new version it added you can change it to whatever version you want.
