If you open your Archicad file, go to File, then Info, then Project info. There should be a field for Twinmotion Link ID under Project details. It should have a long number in it, then a → and the path to your Archicad file. If this is empty, you get the parsing error. I don’t know where you would go to find this number if you need to provide it again. I would suggest digging into your backups and open an older version of the file when you know it worked and copy and paste to the newer file. I’m having a different sync engine and can’t get any answers and am getting madder every day. Seeing that your post has not been answered since May is really aggravating. I hope this helps.
