Unable to submit update to listing in "Draft" status

Summary

We received an email that one of our listings (was live at that moment) needs an update because of mentioning alcohol.
So it was put from “Live” into “Draft” status again.

I wanted to update the mature content switch (because alcohol apparently counts as such) but when I clicked the submit button → Confirm I get an error message “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature”.

Steps to Reproduce

Switch “mature content” to “Yes, this listing contains mature content.” in a listing that has “Draft” status.

Expected Result

Listing can be submitted for review.

Observed Result

Error message “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature”

They said it’s a bug and needs to be fixed on their side, but I’m waiting 2 weeks and nothing changed! Any resolution ??

Apprently not, also waiting and testing out if they fixed it.
Do you have a link or something where they mention this as a bug?
Just curious if there is some way to track the bug report on their side?

Hey, the issue was reported a few weeks ago on a different post, it was marked as fixed some time ago but can’t find anymore the bot message that was saying it.

The staff member mentioned to contact FAB support if the issue is encountered, so I will do that and hopefully have an update here then :+1:

No link. Merely mailed…

Actually it was easier to reupload the model by draft. It’s worked. Several ones with lighting rebuild.
