Hello, same problem here with mine 3c0b102c-3695-4d33-8815-9912096dfabd.
I decided to delete Unreal format and leave only raw 3d formats. Now I click on “Submit for review”, I confirm automatic or manual publish, it tells me that it was submitted but no confirmation mail is sent and listing returns to “update-draft” status in a minute.
