Unable to submit a product.

Summary

When I try to submit a product for review it doesn’t get submitted and goes back to being a draft.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create listing
  2. Submit for review

Expected Result

The item gets submitted for review by epic and stays like that until approved or cancelled.

Observed Result

The item gets submitted for around a minute and then goes back to being a draft and giving me the option to submit again.
I don’t receive any emails saying Epic has received it.

Platform

Brave browser, chrome, edge.

Operating System

Windows and android.

Additional Notes

I have also tried recreating the listing from scratch to test but this gave the same result.

they should reset or fix your product listing on their end.

Idk what the issue was but remaking the listing again has worked this time.
