Unable to save Twinmotion file (it was working until 3 Hours ago)

Hi

I seem to be unable to save the twinmotionfile I've been working on the past 2 Weeks.

The function Save or save as are not available... (I've put a screenshot in attachment)

Any Ideas where that comes from? And how to fix it without loosing the work of this afternoon?....
