Unable to run Hello Neighbor mods - 2 error messages

Hi,

I’m trying to run a Hello Neighbor mod and it loads 73% then stops. I get 2 error messages:

Plugin missing
This project requires the GoogleAnalytics plugin. Would you like to download it from the Marketplace?

and

Message
The game module ‘HelloNeighbor’ could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or the module may not be properly set up.

AFAIK I followed these instructions perfectly:

I also uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the unreal engine and HN modding kit. I legit own Hello Neighbor.

64bit Win10, HP Notebook Duo Intel 1.9Ghz, 8gig
