Unable to receive November 2022 payout

Hi Ma/Sir,

I have not been paid my November 2022 payout . And this is 2nd of January 2023 . Is this how you guys what me to celebrate the new year? In tears? . Please advise or what is the solution to this issue.

The minimum payout is 100$, you won’t get paid if you don’t reach that amount

I don’t know but this was the case in august with the july sales too. Then I get my payment on august 1. monday.

I hope they get this resolved quickly. I have already emailed them no reply yet . Thanks for your comments. At least I am not the only one with this issue.

If you are having trouble receiving your payment, you should reach out to marketplace support. Just keep in mind that the Epic Game’s offices are on break until tomorrow, so you may not receive anything concrete for a bit as responses will likely be delayed.

I contacted uemarketplacesupport@epicgames.com today for a different reason and they answered in about an hour

Same here, i did not get any notification from Hyperwallet about the November payment yet.

Men this is serious. They have to do something about this . This is not a good way to start 2023.

$2k is really good, if you don’t mind me asking what kind of content are you selling? I’d like to increase my sales. Also same problem here, as of January 2nd no payment, maybe because their offices are closed.

I got a response from support about this around an hour ago, there was a technical issue and they’re sending payments through now (they said within the next 24 hours)
