Unable to reach fab support

Summary

Recently, I purchased an asset on fab but it was broken and didn’t work as the seller described. I reached out to them to process a refund but they didn’t answer- and the only other way is to go through fab support.
The issue is, when I navigate to the fab support page it gives me an error saying that I need to add a name and email address, though my account already has both of those things on it.

Is this a bug? How am I supposed to process a refund if the support page wont allow me to submit a ticket? Why is there no way to process a refund from the product page, or even linked on the email receipt after purchase?

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to navigate to the fab support page to submit a ticket

Expected Result

Be able to access the fab support request ticket

Observed Result

Receive the error message

“Your Epic Games Account is missing information required to access this page.
Please go to https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal and ensure you have provided Name and Email Address.”

Although my name and email address are already provided

Go to the url: support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport

Try other browser like Opera or Edge. (you will need to relogin most likely)

You should be able to choose Category=Refund then just fill out the required fields.
