Unable to package project, Automation tool and cook failure (UE4.4.2)

Ever since I gotten my hands on UE4 two months ago I’ve been ecstatic. I’ve made a few blueprint based project on them with the editor, and tried to package them in development mode. I’ve never been able to successfully made a clean package. Once my texture was all missing. (I can fix that, probably). But 90% of the time I keep getting error when I tried packaging my project.

Automation tool and Unable to cook error keep popping up. I can’t figure out what was wrong as I haven’t experimented with the engine enough just yet. I’ve been browsing around checking others and tried a few of them but I worry I’m just making my project file worse.

I decided to migrate my data into a new blank file. It works. I’m not sure what I did wrong.

Decided to clean up my Content Browsers, deleting unused objects. That fixed my problem, and I am able to package my projects again.
