Unable to package game for pixel streaming for linux in UE5

Hey everyone i cant seem to package my game in UE5 version 5.0.3 for linux. My main goal is to upload it makelive but it has been nearly impossible. I get the sdk for linux is not properly installed error. Ive downloaded everything you can image from dotnet to vclang, sdks through visual studio, yet nothing seems to work. I also combed through the outlog and i dont see any clues of what i could be missing.

Here is my outlog and if anyone would be willing to help i would appreciate it immensly.
