Unable to migrate from SkectFab

Summary

Unable to link Epic Account in Sketchfab setting. Everytime Itry to connect Epic account to start the migrate precess, webpage change into Epic page ad immediatly return to Sketchfab homepage but Account is not connected.
I tried to logout and login from both website.
Disconnect all app and account connected.
Tried with Chrome and Firefox on Windows, Chrome on iPad and Chome on Android. From Firefox console log seems related to a call of the Epic javascript

Hey there, the issue with Sketchfab migration may be occurring because of some confusion with Epic accounts. It has to be the same account you’re trying to link on Sketchfab and Fab, if you’re trying to link two different Epic accounts, e.g. Epic account A on SF to Epic account B on Fab - it won’t work.

Please try unlinking your Epic account from your SF one here, then log out from both platforms.

Next, clear cache and cookies on your web browser.

Now login to Sketchfab.

Link your Epic account and try linking that same account to Fab.

I’m having the same issue, I’ve never had any Epic account linked before and I’ve cleared cache but it refuses to link my account.

@AMintKing I’ve tried all your suggestions but it didn’t work. I’ve only one account @sketchfab and only one at Epic. With Epic account I can access to this forum, to Epic Website(https://store.epicgames.com/it/) and to my Fab store page (https://www.fab.com/portal).
I’ve tried to create a new sketchfab account and try to link to epic but iyt didn’t work.
Tried every platform and browser I could but no result at all

Yes support page link was correct. I submitted a Firefox console log too.
