Unable To Log In to Mixer through Epic Games Login or via License file

Hi. I work in a College and I am unable to login to mixer, either through Epic Games login or licence file (studio.lic), which I downloaded from the quixel website.
I am aware that I am behind a firewall and I have been in discussion with IT support about the issue. I AM able to login to Unreal Engine and Quixel Bridge. If I try to login with my Epic Games credentials I get the following error: failed to receive data. And if I try to login with the studio.lic license file I get the following error: There seems to be a problem connecting to the internet.

I have checked the log in troubleshooting in Epic games launcher and everything is ticked green. Here is the log for that:

Are there any ports I need to ask IT support to open in the firewall so that Mixer will connect. I have read the documentation for Epic Games Launcer and all those have been added. But as I cannot connect Mixer there must be something else I need to do.

Any help would be much appreciated. Regards.

I have this exact same issue, started about 2 weeks ago. Quixel tech support has not been able to resolve it. However, on a different computer and OS, I am able to login with Quixel and Epic. When this started, Bridge initially did not login as well (but I was able to fix that by deleted pref file). Did you ever get a fix for Mixer?
