Unable to Launch MetaHuman Creator on macOS (M2 Pro, macOS 15)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently trying to launch MetaHuman Creator on my MacBook Pro (M2 Pro, macOS 15 / Sequoia) and have run into several issues. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • I’ve installed Epic Games Launcher and Unreal Engine 5.6 .
  • MetaHuman plugins in UE are all enabled.
  • I’ve signed in to my Epic Games account and visited https://metahuman.unrealengine.com/create.
  • However, instead of the Launch MetaHuman Creator button, I only see a Download Unreal Engine prompt.
  • I’ve also accepted the MetaHuman terms on the official website, cleared cache, tried different browsers, and even incognito mode – no luck so far.

My goal is to create a custom MetaHuman and bring it into Unreal Engine for further editing, but I can’t even access the Creator interface.

Has anyone faced the same issue on macOS 15?

Is MetaHuman Creator fully supported on Apple Silicon and macOS Sequoia?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Epic made the genius decision to not include Metahuman Creator in the MacOS version of UE 5.6 and also have now taken away the web version so designers and developers on MacOS have no access to Metahuman Creator currently.
