Unable to install Unreal engine prerequisites

Simply attempting to play a game by “tinybuild” (Hello Neighbor) using the engine, it tells me to install microsoft runtime 2015 c++, so i attempt so, though it states that i already have a newer version, though in the programs section of my computer, i can only see 2010 and 2008 builds. Is there a way to fix this?

Search online on Microsoft’s site for the latest 2015 c++ redistribution pack and install it on your computer.

Not sure if I’m allowed to link other sites here but this is their link…

Hi corbyn123,

Is your question related to actually installing and playing the Hello Neighbor game, or are you trying to install and use Unreal Engine 4? If you are trying to install and play the game, you will need to contact the game’s developer for assistance. This site only provides support for issues related to using Unreal Engine 4.
