Summary
I purchased Mixamo Animation Retargeting 2 from Fab, but I am unable to install it through the Epic Games Launcher.
The installation starts but immediately fails with the error:
IS-E0-Lnc-BIdInfo:Http-403
I have already tried restarting the launcher, logging out and back in, and retrying the installation, but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce
- Purchase Mixamo Animation Retargeting 2 on Fab.
- Open Epic Games Launcher.
- Go to Fab Library.
- Click Install on Mixamo Animation Retargeting 2 (UE 5.1).
- Installation begins but fails immediately.
- The launcher displays the error: IS-E0-Lnc-BIdInfo:Http-403.
Expected Result
The plugin should download and install successfully through Epic Games Launcher.
Observed Result
The installation fails and displays the error:
IS-E0-Lnc-BIdInfo:Http-403
The plugin cannot be installed.
