What the problems is going on with Unreal Engine launcher last month ?
You are unable to download any version of Unreal Engine 4. Can you fix that or what?
Please pay attention to the Epic Games problem. I can download Fortnite but I can’t download Unreal Engine. I wrote to your support the day before yesterday. There’s a problem on your forum that’s been there for 2-3 weeks. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I support you, there are all kinds of problems with the launcher - some my projects from the library have disappeared, which makes it impossible to even add a new asset from the library to the project. And a huge yellow stripe on half of the screen. It became unpleasant to enter the launcher, so I decided to launch projects from Explorer for now.

i had same issue i finally had time to fix it in my case i did the next :
- close the launcher , and make sure its not running from TaskManager
- edit DefaultEngine.ini from inside launcher install directory (in my case its in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Config\DefaultEngine.ini) open it then under [http] remove HttpTotalTimeout=30 line (open notepad as admin so you can save )
now open epic game launcher you should be able to download engines
from my understanding this was renamed from HttpTimeout to HttpTotalTimeout when launcher tries to download the manifest files which is 100+ MB each! and your internet slow it will Timeout in 30 seconds before the download finish and you will get the error
