I purchased the “Medieval Tavern” asset pack yesterday (Medieval Tavern in Props - UE Marketplace) but inside of Epic Games Launcher I can’t find it in my vault and the Marketplace page says unavailable.
Can someone tell me what is going on or help me fix this issue?
I have restarted the Epic Games Launcher, my PC, and even waited a whole 12 hours (thinking there was an update delay or something), but to no avail.
I had the same problem and the support made me create un another account.
Unfortunately some time has passed and they have not yet solved the problem…
It is really uncomfortable
