When I click on the download button for any asset the button will not work, I’m logged in with an epic connected account. This is only the case for the browser version as bridge works fine. What is the way to solve this problem?
Hey there @Firesrest_Dev! When selecting the asset to download, does the button fade for a moment after you’ve clicked it or does it remain unphased?
The button is completely the same the after click. Though the tooltip(download faster using quixel bridge) above it will disappear.
Ahh it looks like this issue may not have been reported yet. Would you mind reporting it to the Quixel support team here?

Great! Let us know if they ascertain what’s causing it, or if there’s a solid workaround!
I was having the same issue, disabling my AdBlock resolved the issue.

Hey there @ozkavo! Welcome to the community! Thanks for the input! It’s interesting that an adblock service was interupting Quixel in client. If I may ask, what kind of adblocker you use? A comprehensive one that comes with a package with an antivirus or something similar that touches outgoing/inbound requests?

Sorry forgot about this thread but I’m using the same ad blocker. Quixel works with with it and other adblockers now.
