When I open it in Launcher I see this - Screenshot - d799c0785c4a6c74b2b05203b4dfd400 - Gyazo - and that’s it. Just syncing.
If I choice 4.7.6 or 4.6.1 then “Download” is available, but not for 4.8, only “Syncing”. Restart doesn’t help.

Thanks for the report, looks like this content has not been setup properly yet for 4.8. I shall inform the content team and I’m sure they will sort this soon 
It looks like you should be able to get it for 4.7 and 4.6 for now if that helps at all.
