I started downloading some assets from the search bar, and for a moment it did, it downloaded some of the assets but now, on everything i click, "the arrow for download" it says "RETRIEVING LICENSE" on everything. I tried logging in and out, closing the game, restarting my PC, (i do have space in the HDD/SSD). So far nothing seems to work, I gave it some time to retrieve the license, but nothing seems to be working. Any help on this matter?

I would make sure you are doing the following:
- Signing out of any Epic Games account on your browser
- Clearing your browser's cookies/cache
- Ensure that your firewall/anti-virus isn't blocking any endpoints listed here
- Starting Twinmotion from the Epic Games Launcher
- Clicking on the profile icon (top-right of your window) inside Twinmotion to ensure you are logged in
