Unable to delete Fab live listing for 3D Model

Summary

Hello,
i just migrated my models from sketchfab and now i just want to remove a specific listing.

Problem:
I am currently unable to delete a 3D model (already live) listed under Fab on my account.
The delete / remove option doesn’t seem to enabled.
Could you please assist or provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Fab publish portal
  2. Click on the “…” under your model listing.
  3. “Delete listing” and “Unlist listing” is disabled.
  4. Click on your product image
  5. Scroll to bottom
  6. Under Manage listing “Delete listing” and “Unlist listing” are also disabled

Expected Result

The button is enabled and I can remove my listing.

Observed Result

The button is disabled.

Firefox Browser
128.3.1esr (64-Bit)

Operating System

Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Same issue here. But it seems like a temporary function limitation before launch. But still annoying anyway :smile:

I just found this answer in another thread.

“This option is currently disabled but we expect to have it available for you in the next few weeks.”

So the problem is solved.
