I am trying to post my new game to the showcase, but I can’t get the article out of ‘Draft’ status, as the button seems active but does nothing when pressed.
Am I missing something here?
If you press F12 and browse to the console tab, do you get javascript errors when you click it?

No errors there, either… totally blank. I’ll dig a bit more. I’m on chrome at the moment, maybe try on edge. Odd, I posted this topic no problem.

Optionally you can still check the network tab for a server response error, if the browsers are all OK then likely something on the website itself is broken.

No go with edge either… same issue. Watched javascript and networking consoles… As far as I can tell, no javascript is being called when I press the button or use the ctrl-enter shortcut, although I didn’t dig too hard (honestly don’t have time to troubleshoot the site’s js at the moment). No post to server, thus no response.
It’s just a dumb ol’ button with no function for me. I’ll try again later.

I just created one using the normal post button, then selecting the category for showcase. If I went in thru the “Create Showcase” button on the main page, I was not able to create the showcase using the same workflow.
There is a bug on the page, it may be related to the panel that shows up with instructions for the showcase, that goes away after your second post. It seemed at times to be blocking my input, it may be consuming the input for the submit button? not sure.
For anyone else running into this, I created a post on the main discussions page and selected the Community > Showcase categories and posted the showcase there, no problem.
