When in the publishing portal trying to create a publisher account there is a 500 internal server error on this post request Publishing Portal and this error is given “An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.”

go through account creation until step 2, publisher profile and then click next
Expected Result
account creates and brings me to step 3 creator code
Observed Result
The page doesnt do anything and the error “An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.” is given
