I’m not sure whether it’s related to the fab launch.
I add it today on Fab.

Hey there @Seto ! Welcome back to the community! Sorry you’re having this issue, but I believe you’re correct this issue is stemming from the Fab release issues. I can confirm the Epic Games Launcher’s vault can download and create the project on my side. Is it still unable to recognize the manifest?

It failed on Mac.
It worked on Win.
Which platform are you trying on?
Ahh succeeded on Windows, I’ll give it a shot over on the MacOS partition.
Looks as though Mac users aren’t able to access multiple of the samples now. Writing up the bug report now.

Yes. Even the Valley of the Ancient is missing on Mac. When will it be fixed?
It seems a fix had been deployed for the manifest issues, is it working now?
We have deployed an update to correct this issue. Please let us know if you have any further problems downloading from Mac devices.

I tested. It doesn’t work either.
I tried ML Deformer Sample, Valley of the Ancient, Electric Dream Env. None of them is downloaded for Mac. My Mac is the MacBook Pro with M2. I’m not sure whether it’s related.
Looks like the fix didn’t work out. It looks like more reports are coming in, so it seems the team has been notified:

Fab plugin downloads are breaking with “invalid manifest” on MacOS. Working fine on my Windows laptop

Steps to Reproduce
Install the new Fab plugin in UE 5.4 on a Mac.

Invalid Manifest error on my Mac. Downloads fine on my PC.
Expected Result
I should not get an error in my log. It should work on both platforms.
Observed Result

The FAB team is working diligently on fixing many of the issues from launch, unfortunately I don’t have an ETA.
