I have this problem when I run PixelStreaming on Windows Server 2012 R2
How can I do with this? Someone help me!

I have the same error:
“Unable to create NvEnc API function list: error 15”

is there any solution now? I have AMD graphics, so installing Nvidia video encoding/decoding SDK is probably not the solution for me :confused:
