I want to create a hole in the Landscape, but I am unable to do so due to the following error message:
“Note: There are some areas where visibility painting is disabled because Component/Proxy don’t have a “Landscape Visibility Mask” node in their material.”
How can I fix this issue?
I don’t believe you can fix this in a baked texture because it’s baked into fortnite. You’d have to make your own texture and put in that node in the material editor.

I seem to have mistakenly used the wrong initial template.
Thank you for letting me know. When I added a new landscape, I was able to create a hole in it.
I have a question here:
is it possible to copy the shape of the landscape I created earlier to the newly added landscape layer?
You can export and import heightmaps but I’ve never been able to make the copy/paste of landscape work effectively. Perhaps there is a tutorial out there on that aspect as it seems fastest. Although the heightmaps make sense too.
