I am trying to open a Twinmotion file saved with version 2023.1.2 on a different computer from the one where it was created. Although the Twinmotion version is the same, I receive the following error message when attempting to open the file: “Unable to convert the file with your version of Twinmotion 2023.1.2.” The file opens correctly on the original computer but fails to open on the second one.
