Hello everyone,
I am currently using VIVE Tracker 3.0 along with HTC base stations as my tracking equipment for virtual production. However, ever since the release of UE5.0, I have been unable to consistently acquire data from the VIVE Tracker via Live Link.
Problem Description:
- In UE5.0-5.3.0, I could only acquire VIVE Tracker data by using the CMD command
UnrealEditor -xrtrackingonly
. - Upon upgrading to UE5.3.1, even this method has become ineffective.
- I have tried enabling the built-in Tracker plugin within the engine, but to no avail.
My Needs:
- I require a stable and reliable method to acquire data from the VIVE Tracker.
- I wish to avoid wasting more time on this issue or having to purchase more advanced equipment.
My Questions:
- Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
- Are there any stable and reliable solutions?
- If there is an official solution, could you please provide it?
