Unable to claim the Limited-Time free assets

Summary

Just cannot add the “Parry Attack System” and the “Modular Backery Shop” to the cart or claim them using the “Buy Now” option.

Steps to Reproduce

On both Fab.com website or the in-editor plugin interface:

  1. Select Licence
  2. Click on “Add to cart” [Case A] or “Buy Now” [Case B] buttons.

Expected Result

Case A - the item should have been added to the Cart

Case B - I should have been able to proceed with the “purchase” from the usual payment’s window

Observed Result

Case A - the item doesn’t get added and the “Wasn’t able to add product to your cart” error message appears briefly.

Case B - the window to proceed opens but closes instantly and the “Ooops an error occurred, please try again later!” message appears briefly before refreshing the page.

I kept on trying basically all day and night, yesterday 27th Jan and today 28th.
I’ve tried to solve it by clearing the browser cache, deleting the cookies, searched for any “clear data” options on my FAB website account, on my browsers, and searched any option in the launcher and within the Editor Properties and Project Settings with no result.
What will happen now? It’s gonna take just a few hours before the “Limited-Time Free” giveaway ends… will we lose the chance to claim/redeem the products or the “limited time” will get an extension? Why is not possible to redeem the products using a redeem code?
All these issues are frustrating, just like the lack of clarity on which licence we can pick in case of the “Limited-Time Free” giveaway as I asked in an open ticket and in the forum yesterday.

I like thinking our persistency in pointing out the problem made you investigate the case and find the way to fix it.
I could finally add the items into the cart and claim both assets, just in time. I’m curious to know what was making things go wrong. Anyway, all’s well than ends well.
