I tried to add the asset Modular Bakery Shop from the Limited-Time Free section. However, I get “Wasn’t able to add product to your cart!”. If I try to ‘Buy now’ then I get “Ooops an error occurred, please try again later!”.
Just try adding the products from the Limited-Time Free section to the cart and or buying it instantly. A red text will then pop-up as indicated in the summary depending on whether you click Buy now or Add to cart.
Expected Result
Being able to add the product to the cart and/or buying it.
Putting the item in FAB cart will stop the purchase with an error because the item has EXPIRED when purchase because the time limit has expired and because all times in Eastern Time
then New Zealand UTC +12 finishes 12 hours earlier, therefore you can only buy 2 days before
Due to an error on our end (more info here), two products (Parry Attack System by BP System and Modular Bakery Shop by CropCraft Studios) from the Limited-Time Free selection that ended on January 28 could not be acquired by users in the EU for a small portion of the promotion period, just before the content was about to swap out.
If you are based in the EU and tried but were unable to claim one or both of these products on January 27 or 28, please reach out to our support team to let us know by February 5th, 2025. We will evaluate your request and, if you are eligible, add the product(s) to your library.
