Either server error occured or the action is unable to be completed error pop up is shown

Also even though the Cart is empty it does not show the popup properly for it

Im not sure what you mean.

Im literally unable to add any items to the cart. when i click the add to cart button i get the licence selection and the eula popup and then after a short time a red toast is displayed that says “A Server Error Occurs” and nothing is added to my cart.

When i hover over the cart a line shows up under the search bar when hovering over the cart.
