Unable to add Instance materials to the material array in the blueprint

Hi I tried to add the material instance from megascan to the material array created in the blueprint. But I cant add the instance material from the quixel. But I can add other materials from starter content. I cant able to add the instance material. Please help me out to fix this.

Are you mixing up materials and material instances?

yeah I created a material array and I want to use the instance materials from megascans.

Ok, so you need to make the array, and array of instances :slight_smile:

If you make the array of ‘material interface object reference’, then you can put materials and material instances in there :slight_smile:
