Unable to activate token in terminal

Hi, I have a student student and is trying to activate it through command line. However, it keeps giving me errors. What should I do?

The following is the terminal command:
PS C:\Users\kzhao> “C:\Program Files\Capturing Reality\RealityCapture\RealityCapture.exe” -activate ***

Here is the error message:

is your token actual?
Can you try add ^ to your commands?
Can you try use BAT file using those commands?
