Summary
I have a bug with Fab and Quixel Bridge that is slowing down my workflow tremendously. Whenever I go to Quixel bridge inside Unreal engine (under window → Quixel bridge), I always get the same pop-up. (see image one) “go unlimited with Unreal” with a box to “I agree” to the Content license agreement… Every time, I click I agree. When I go to any Megascan asset (such as a rock or a tree) it says “get it on Fab”.
This is in contrast to my collaborator who already has these assets all downloaded and is able to drag and drop the assets to his projects. I currently cannot.
I have had my Epic account for a few years and I have claimed the Megascans on the Fab page.
- I have confirmed I am using the same account to login
- I have FAB UE plugin and Quixel Bridge plugins both installed and verified to be working in Unreal engine
- I have uninstalled Unreal Engine and Epic Games launcher and reinstalled. No change
- I uninstalled and reinstalled both plugins. no change
- Under “installed plugins” it shows “quixel Bridge” and “fab UE” as installed and active
- I confirmed they are both installed to the correct version of Unreal engine
- I am using Unreal 5.4.4)
- If I close and reopen Unreal and open Quixel bridge, I will be prompted to to “I agree” to the Tos again.
-The Fab plugin is able to download asset packs from Quixel (Specifically the Junkyard asset was tested) and I was able to add it to project.
It’s very bizarre.
My collaborator has the same version of Unreal and the same plugins and his works just fine.
I believe there is a bug with my account since I am always prompted to “I agree” every time.
What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce
Whenever I go to Quixel bridge inside Unreal engine (under window → Quixel bridge), I always get the same pop-up. (see image one) “go unlimited with Unreal” with a box to “I agree” to the Content license agreement… Every time, I click I agree. When I go to any Megascan asset (such as a rock or a tree) it says “get it on Fab”.
I always have to press “I agree” every time I reopen Unreal engine and go to Quixel Bridge. None of my colleagues can reproduce this so I am unsure what steps I can use. You are always welcome to reach out and I can provide any relevant information that would help get this resolved
Expected Result
I could go to the Quixel bridge plugin and pull out any asset or texture (such as a rock)
Observed Result
When I click on the asset, it only says “get it on Fab”
Platform
Unreal Engine 5.4.4. Windows Pc
Operating System
Windows 10 home pc
Additional Notes
I have photos of this reproduced, and I can send them if needed. This is halting my workflow and keeping me away from precious work time. Thank you!
