Unable to accept End-User Agreement

Summary

Every time I try to add an item to my cart on the Fab store, I get the pop-up to accept the end-user agreement. I click accept and then it says it can not add the item to my cart (limited time free bundles and same thing with other bundles from discovery page). I try clicking the link to open the End-User Agreement separately and accept it there, everything looks fine and it brings me back to Fab’s home page, and then I try to go to the bundles again, and it says I didn’t accept the agreement and tries to get me to do it again.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Browse for any pack on Fab’s Discovery page
  • Click ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy now’
  • EULA pops up
  • Scroll through and click ‘Accept’ at bottom
  • Error message pops up and says “Wasn’t able to add product to cart”
  • Click ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy now’ again
  • Same EULA pops up trying to get me to accept again.

Expected Result

Should have accepted the agreement and added the item to the cart.

Observed Result

Failed to add the item to the cart and continuously has me agree to the EULA.

Additional Notes

Accidentally uploaded 1.png before changing the name but it is duplicates. The screenshots are just showing that it pops that page up again after I get the error.

I have fixed this. The second time I signed out and logged back in it started working as expected.
