I’ve been learning UE since last February, after started doing 3D (Cinema4D / Octane) back in 2019. So far, it’s been an incredibly wild, but fun learning curve! I wouldn’t call myself a lighting master, but I thoroughly enjoyed working on this scene, trying out some newly acquired skills.
This animation was done in UE5 and shows how the media continuously tries to distract us from what really matters in life: human connection. The solution? Unplug and reconnect.
This short is just so great. I won’t speak about the quality of the lighting and mood because it left me speechless the moment I saw it for the first time.
The will to transmit a message with it… That’s what I like the most!
