UMG Widgets: How do I take a semi-transparent border and put a solid non-transparent border around it?

I want a transparent Background for my menu but also want it to have a solid line around the edge. Thanks.

You can do it a few ways, Create a separate image that is the border, you can use a mask to literally mask the transparent image over a solid image. use different size images, Ideally you would want to make all your images in a photo software over trying to do in engine.
