UMG widgets don't reflect screen dimensions

Not sure if this is intended, as it seems a bit weird.

I have my widget dimensions set to iPhone 4s (640x960) but a fully expanded widget takes up a much higher size.

EG: width shows 1080 instead of 640. See screen capture.

I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed set of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?\
  3. Could you provide another screen shot of the widget showing the hierarchy?

Yes. It was under the Canvas Panel root.

I was able to reproduce this issue on our end. I have written up a report ( UE-23960) and I have submitted it to the developers for further consideration. I will provide updates with any pertinent information as it becomes available. Thank you for your time and information.

Note: The size of the widget that is reported appears to be the size the widget would be before the DPI scaling is applied.
