When I add a variable in UMG, I am unable to set a category for the variable. I have a handful of buttons, borders, etc that I have set “Is Varible” for in the designer. If I select a category for my variables, it doesn’t automatically set the category. I have to click inside of the graph in order for the category change to take effect. The problem is that as soon as I compile the UMG blueprint, it removes all of the variable category tags and removes the variables from the groups. Is there a way around this? It would be nice for organizing the UMG Blueprints

You are correct, the issue that you have reported in the one that is mentioned in the thread that you linked. I went ahead and double checked on this issue for you and I found that this issue’s status has not been changed to fixed as of yet.
