UMG textbox to TextRender

hi I am trying to set up a startup menu to communicate with the level blueprint.
my menu has just two text boxes and a start button and is in a blank level.
the start button opens the correct level.
i just need a simple way to get the texbox values into my level blueprint.
for example lets say on the begining you write your name and then in the level that opens a certain text render (or two) is set to that value.
i am a bit confused by umg. how can i make it communicate with other blueprints or even just the level blueprint?
